Toxicology
The alternative toxicology platform enables improved prediction of toxic effects while reducing animal testing. Tests can be carried out in vitro on bone, lung and bronchial cells, and in vivo on C. elegans, D. discoideum and G. mellonella. Various techniques are used within the platform: measurement of cytotoxicity or proliferation (Alamar blue), immunocytochemistry.
